The Mac is an incredibly powerful teaching and learning tool to support English Language learners and to create more accessible, relevant, and personalized content. This hands-on session will build foundational fluency with the Mac and explore ways that it can support your students acquisition of language based concepts. In this session participants will explore built-in features on Mac that help scaffold and support language acquisition. It will also focus on how to leverage Apple technology to provide an authentic voice for all students students, and how to navigate, customize and personalizing Mac to suit your students’ needs. Participants will also be provided with a summary of key resources shared during the session.
